On Approval: First of all, we allow customers to take rugs on approval and live with them for a few days with no obligation to buy. Taking rugs to your own home and laying it out with your own furniture and home décor really makes a difference and assists in the decision making process.
We even offer to bring rugs to your home, we have FREE Delivery; we come out to your home with an unlimited number of rugs, lay them out for you and even provide design consultation, if needed. Even if you decide against the rugs, we will come and pick them up at no charge.
Rug Washing: Rugs To Riches and Apadana also provide rug washing and repair services. Rugs are sent to our warehouse and washed in the most traditional methods that have been used for centuries to wash/clean oriental rugs. It is recommended to have rugs washed every 2-3 years, this not only cleans the rug, but it replenishes the colors in the rug.
Rug Repair: We also provide repair services, we do have our repairmen; however, we do have to look at how severe the damage is to let you know if it is repairable. The severity of the damage also determines the cost and time the repair will take.
Digital Services: Finally, another service we provide, which is kind of unique is that we can digitally insert any of our rugs into a picture of your home in order to you to see how it will look in your own home. Also, we can make modern/contemporary computer generated designs and have those designs made into any quality of rugs.
